- 3 cups almond milk or any milk of choice
- 3/4 cups chia seeds
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder like Truvani
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Toppings: sprinkles
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend for about 25 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour in little glass bowls and store in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.
This will serve 4-6 people and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
