Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 celery stick
  • 2 baby carrots
  • 1 cup fresh of frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of cauliflower fresh raw cooked or even frozen
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • about 7 ounces of liquid of choice. I use filtered water but you can use coconut water almond milk, juice, etc...

Method
 

  1. Add all the fresh ingredients in the blender first along with your choice of liquid. This will help the blender keep from getting stuck. Then add any frozen items on top and blend together.
