2 tsp mesquite liquid smoke
dash of onion powder

Coleslaw
3/4 of a bag of coleslaw mix OR shred 1/2 green cabbage, 1/2 red cabbage, 2 loose carrots and place in a bowl
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup vegan mayo
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
