Ingredients
  

  • CHIA SEED PUDDING
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • CHOCOLATE YOGURT
  • 12 oz container of plain or vanilla coconut yogurt like Cocojune
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • OTHER
  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 1 banana sliced

Instructions
 

  • Start by making the chia seed pudding by mixing all the ingredients in a large flat container or bowl. Mix a few times every 5 minutes while making the remaining ingredients. Set aside. It should start to thicken up within 20 minutes.
  • TIP: You can refirgerate this overnight if prefered.
  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix the Chocolate Yogurt ingredients together.
  • In another small bowl, mash 3 bananas.
  • Grab 4 containers, add a layer of the mashed bananas. Then add a layer of the chocolate yogurt. Then add a big layer of the chia pudding. Top with sliced bananas and enjoy.
  • TIP: you can make ahead the chia seed pudding and the chocolate yogurt and refrigerate them overnight. When you're ready to serve, then mash/slice the bananas and assemble.
