Banana Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

- CHIA SEED PUDDING
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- CHOCOLATE YOGURT
- 12 oz container of plain or vanilla coconut yogurt like Cocojune
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- OTHER
- 3 bananas mashed
- 1 banana sliced
Start by making the chia seed pudding by mixing all the ingredients in a large flat container or bowl. Mix a few times every 5 minutes while making the remaining ingredients. Set aside. It should start to thicken up within 20 minutes.
TIP: You can refirgerate this overnight if prefered.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix the Chocolate Yogurt ingredients together.
In another small bowl, mash 3 bananas.
Grab 4 containers, add a layer of the mashed bananas. Then add a layer of the chocolate yogurt. Then add a big layer of the chia pudding. Top with sliced bananas and enjoy.
TIP: you can make ahead the chia seed pudding and the chocolate yogurt and refrigerate them overnight. When you're ready to serve, then mash/slice the bananas and assemble.
