Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of bread of choice toasted
  • 2 avocados mashed
  • 3 cups snap peas sliced lengthwise
  • 3 radishes sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup basil rough chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint rough chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 lemon zested
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add the sliced snap peas, radishes, basil, mint, chives, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix it well.
  • In a bowl, mash the avocado and add a little salt and pepper.
  • Top the avocado toast with the snap peas. Add some hemp seeds right on top and serve.
