Asian Cucumber Radish Salad

- 2-3 Persian cucmbers thinly sliced
- 3 radishes thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp gluten-free ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
On a medium platter or plate, start with the cucumbers and arrange them in a circular motion until the platter is covered. Then add the radishes doing the same thing.
Top with sesame oil, ponzu sauce, and lime juice.
Then, add the cilantro, black and white sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
