Asian Cucumber Radish Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 Persian cucmbers thinly sliced
  • 3 radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp gluten-free ponzu sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • On a medium platter or plate, start with the cucumbers and arrange them in a circular motion until the platter is covered. Then add the radishes doing the same thing.
  • Top with sesame oil, ponzu sauce, and lime juice.
  • Then, add the cilantro, black and white sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
