Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 1/3 cup sliced celery
  • 2 thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/3 cup diced organic gala apple
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup pepitas or pumpkin seeds
  • 2 applegate smoked turkey fresh from deli
  • 1/2 diced avocado
  • Primal Kitchen lemon turmeric dressing

Method
 

  1. On a large plate or bowl, add all ingredients and top with dressing. This would be a great place for you to add or omit anything that sounds tasty.
