Vegan Cashew Lavender Chai Tea Latte
These Creamy and flavorful Chai Lattes are so delicious. That hint of dried lavender mixed with the warm aromatic spices of the chai gives this some incredible flavor. Add that cashew to the mix, and it's the ultimate creamiest dream team.

- 1/2 cup raw cashew
- 2 ΒΌ cups hot water
- 3 chai tea bags
- 4 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey if not vegan
- 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp dried lavender
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of cardamom
- dash of sea salt
In a medium saucepan, boil 2 cups of water. Once boiled, add and steep 3 bags of the chai tea for about 3 minutes.
In a high-powered blender, pour the cashews (if you do not have a high=powered blender, soak cashews for 3 hours, then drain and rinse).
Next, add all the remaining ingredients into the blender.
Remove the tea bags from the saucepan and add the liquid to the blender.
Blend everything for about 2 minutes.
Pour in mugs, sprinkle some cardamom and cinnamon, and enjoy
