At a young age, my 2 boys and I collectively all suffered from digestive issues and gut imbalances. Leaky gut, poor immune system, skin/rash breakouts, constipation, hormonal imbalances, food intolerances, you name it. Our gut was so inflamed, we weren’t digesting healthy fats and minerals we were eating from food. We were a mess.
Come to find out through working with our functional practitioner, we weren’t actually intolerant to all the foods we were eating but rather our guts became so leaky and inflamed, which caused us to react to certain foods and further disrupt the gut.
So how we do reset the gut and get back on track?
I am not here to say you’ll be healed from all your symptoms and diseases by doing this 21-day gut program. Each and every person is different. What works for one person may not work for another. Depending on the severity of your gut or any unknown underlying issues, longer healing may be needed and further testing maybe recommended.
