- Greek Meatballs
- Heat a cast-iron skillet, and add some olive oil.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix with your hands.
- Form balls and add them to the skillet. Cook for a total of about 7 minutes flipping them every 2-3 minutes per side.
- Lemon Pasta
- Cook pasta according to the package.
- Once cooked and al dente, drain the pasta and add the remaining ingredients.
- Plate the pasta, meatballs, and choice of veggie and squeeze a dash more of lemon, add some more herbs, and crumbled feta.
