Method
- Mix all the dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well. Set aside.
- Heat a large pot halfway with water and bring to a boil.
- Add the shredded brussels in the hot water and blanch for 1 minute. Remove and lay on a paper towel to dry off somewhat.
- In a salad bowl, add the remaining salad ingredients including the brussel sprouts, and dress it with some of the dressing. Toss and serve.
