Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb grass-fed and finished organic ground beef
  • 1 red onion grated
  • 4 garlic cloves grated
  • 1/2 cup parsley minced
  • 1/4 cup mint minced
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 tsp ground sumac
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • Feta cheese optional but for the topping
  • Butter lettuce
  • Pickled red onions optional
  • Radishes sliced (optional)
  • GARLIC SPREAD
  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • 5 large garlic cloves rough chopped
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mini food processor, add in all the garlic sauce ingredients and blend. Pour in a bowl and set aside in the fridge.
  • In a large bowl, add the ground beef, grated onion, garlic, parsley, mint, lemon zest, sumac, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands.
  • Form even patties and add salt and pepper on both sides of the patties.
  • In a cast-iron skillet or grill, add the avocado oil, grill the burgers for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • On your butter lettuce, add the burger, the garlic spread, pickled red onions, more mint, parsley, crumbled feta, and enjoy!
