In a large bowl, add the almond butter, coconut oil, honey, cacao nibs, chia seeds, collagen, cranberries and mix.
In the food processor, add the rolled oats and pumpkin seeds and pulse until coarsely ground (not finelyou wan to see some whole oats still in there.
Add oat mix to the almond butter mix and mix well with spatula.
Refrigerate for about 45 min
Remove from fridge and use a melon scooper for equal measurements and roll them into little balls.
Add on parchment paper and in a glass container and chill in fridge.
