Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews
  • 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder I like Truvani but you can use any chocolate powder you prefer
  • 1/2 cup raw cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp orange blossom honey
  • 1 tsp orange blossom water
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp cacao nib

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add all ingredients EXCEPT the cranberries and cacao nibs and blend until it starts to form a paste.
  • Pour ingredients into a bowl and add the dried cranberries and cacao nibs and mix with hands or rubber spatula.
  • Using a small melon scooper, roll into balls and place in a glass storage container
  • I like to freeze half of them to add to the boy's school lunches.
