Chocolate Orange Blossom Energy Bites
Healthy Chocolate Orange Blossom Bites that are made with real wholesome ingredients that'll make you coming back for more.

- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp raw cashews
- 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder I like Truvani but you can use any chocolate powder you prefer
- 1/2 cup raw cashew butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp orange blossom honey
- 1 tsp orange blossom water
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp cacao nib
In a food processor, add all ingredients EXCEPT the cranberries and cacao nibs and blend until it starts to form a paste.
Pour ingredients into a bowl and add the dried cranberries and cacao nibs and mix with hands or rubber spatula.
Using a small melon scooper, roll into balls and place in a glass storage container
I like to freeze half of them to add to the boy's school lunches.
