Instructions
Pre Heat Over to 350°
Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper and spray with cooking spray
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well with a whisk
Using a small scooper, roll each batch into even balls
Add balls on baking sheet, and gently press down. I like to leave mine somewhat thick so don't press too hard.
Bake for 10 min and allow to cool
