Matcha Chocolate Chip Cookies on White Platter

Vegan Matcha Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Organic Almond Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Matcha
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Pre Heat Over to 350°
  • Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper and spray with cooking spray
  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well with a whisk
  • Using a small scooper, roll each batch into even balls
  • Add balls on baking sheet, and gently press down. I like to leave mine somewhat thick so don't press too hard.
  • Bake for 10 min and allow to cool
  • Enjoy
