We eat it baked, grilled, and with all types of seasonings. But my boys love anything that looks like a burger and these right here, are a winner. They are gluten-free, dairy-free, and paleo!&nbsp;<\/p><p>I call these salmon burgers simply because they\u2019re formed large like a burger patty. But if you wanted more of a&nbsp;&nbsp;\u201ccrab cake\u201d style, simply form smaller patties.&nbsp;When they&#8217;re smaller, they would make for some great budget-friendly appetizers.<\/p><p>No salmon burger or salmon cake can be served without a tasty sauce am I right? This lemon caper dill sauce compliments this dish so well and really brightens everything up. I start by blending the salmon just for about 3 seconds. Then, add in the remaining salmon ingredients EXCEPT for the 1\/3 cup cassava flour and blend it for about 5-6 seconds or until combined.<\/p><p>Next, form the patties, dip them into the remaining cassava flour, and cook in a skillet for about 4 minutes per side. Easy peasy right?!
