What’s The Deal With Chia Seeds?
You all may have heard that chia seeds are healthy for you, but do you know why and what they contain? For starters, they contain a plant chemical called lignans which strongly protects against hormonal cancer like breast and prostate. They’re also packed with omega-3’s (2,400 milligrams per tablespoon) and contains a ton of fiber (great for keeping things moving and grooving if you know what I mean). It mainly soluble fiber which means you’re also getting all the prebiotics to help with healthy gut. But did you also know that chia seeds are the TOP sources of fiber existed?

Matcha Benefits
Matcha has so many healing benefits. It helps promote periodontal health by reducing inflammation, preventing bone resorption, and limiting the growth of certain bacteria associated with periodontal diseases. I used Feel Good Superfoods organic matcha tea to make this delicious breakfast. What I love about this brand is that it has no additives or preservatives and is naturally caffeinated. This nutritional superfood powder is organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly.
Spirulina Benefits
Spirulina is a nutrient-packed organism that grows in either fresh or saltwater. It provides as much protein as an egg and is loaded with a ton of antioxidants and essential amino acids. Studies have shown that it reduces the risk of allergies, high blood pressure, cancer, anemia, and can even improve gut health, boost energy, and your mood.
