I love salmon because it’s such a great meal that can be ready in less than 30 minutes. This is a fun and tasty dish that the whole family will enjoy. My boys even ate it and said it wasn’t spicy at all. Phew!
I used a gluten-free breadcrumb mix and made sure I seasoned the salmon real good before topping it with the bread crumbs. Bake and drizzle with the sweet chili sauce. Flavorful and easy baby!
Here’s What You Need
- Salmon
- Avocado oil
- Onion powder
- Garlic
- Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Gluten-free bread crumbs
- Sweet chili sauce
Serve it with some veggies or over a bed of rice and enjoy!

Sweet Chili Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/3 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup gluten-free sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add the salmon. Drizzle with 1 tbsp avocado oil. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Top with bread crumbs and drizzle with the remaining avocado oil. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle the sweet chili sauce right one top. Spread it with the back of a spoon to coat evenly and enjoy!
