Quick and Easy Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs wild-caught shrimp raw, peeled, and deveined
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a cast iron skillet set to medium, add the butter and olive oil.
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss and add them to the skillet. You may need to do this in batches. Cook for a few minutes per side.
- Once cooked turn off the heat and add the garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
- Serve over rice and devour.
