I know, I know…another matcha recipe you are itching to make right?! So obsessed with matcha that I find myself never being satisfied when ordering it from a coffee shop. I find that making different variations of a matcha latte is way better. But that’s just me LOL.
This recipe is delicious, flavorful, lightly sweetened with dates aka, nature’s candy, and packs a punch of nutrients with the matcha and spirulina.
Ingredients
- oat milk or any milk of choice
- matcha
- spirulina powder
- dates
- cinnamon
- rose water (edible not the toner)
- fresh mint
To make it, just add all the ingredients into a blender and blend for about 40 seconds. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 cup oat milk or any milk of choice
- 6-7 dates pitted
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1.5 tsp rose water
- 8 mint leaves
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (about 45 seconds). Pour over ice and enjoy!
