This recipe is delicious, flavorful, lightly sweetened with dates aka, nature’s candy, and packs a punch of nutrients with the matcha and spirulina.

Ingredients

  • oat milk or any milk of choice
  • matcha
  • spirulina powder
  • dates
  • cinnamon
  • rose water (edible not the toner)
  • fresh mint

To make it, just add all the ingredients into a blender and blend for about 40 seconds. Pour over ice and enjoy!

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup oat milk or any milk of choice
  • 6-7 dates pitted
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 tsp rose water
  • 8 mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (about 45 seconds). Pour over ice and enjoy!
