It’s made with bone broth which contains amino acids and glutathione that help seal the gut lining. It’s also made with a hint of ginger and turmeric all of which are great for digestion, inflammation, and gut health.

Lemon Turmeric Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion minced
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cooked rotisserie chicken shredded
- 3 celery sticks sliced
- 3 carrot sticks peeled and sliced
- 1- inch ginger peeled and grated
- 1/2 inch turmeric peeled and grated
- 2 zucchini diced
- 8 cups bone broth or chicken broth
- 1/2 box of Capellini gluten-free pasta jovial brand
- 1 lemon zested
- 1 ½ lemons juices
- 1/4 cup parsley minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot set to medium/low heat, add the avocado oil, onions, carrots, and celery. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Next, add the garlic, ginger, and turmeric and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the broth, chicken, 1/2 the box of pasta (break it in half), zucchini, salt, and pepper, and cook covered for about 12-15 minutes or until the noodles are cooked through.
- Once the noodles are cooked, add the lemon zest and juice, more salt and pepper, and parsley. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
