Probably the best nut butter you have ever tasted. I can’t believe I am just now discovering Pecan Butter and not only that, I made my own and it turned out so freakin awesome. Yes, I know I said freakin. LOL…It was that good.
I couldn’t believe how easy and quick it was to make. Makes me wonder why I never did it in the first place. You 1) save money buy purchasing your own nuts 2) know exactly what’s going into your nut butter, 3) fresh is BEST, 4) Super easy and quick, and 5) Sustainable by bringing your own nut bag to purchase from bulk at grocery stores #winning
Let me just add, you can use a y type of nuts or flavoring you desire. But I promise, this combo below will be your new favorite. It literally lasted barely a week in my fridge.

Homemade Pecan Butter
Ingredients
- 4 cups raw pecans
- 3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pre heat over to 350 degrees
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add the nuts spreading evenly on the sheet and bake for about 12-15 min
- Pour nuts in food process and blend for about 10 min. You may need to stop it and give it a quick mix with a spatula. Then blend until buttery smooth
- Add your flavorings (Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Saland blend for a few seconds just to incorporate
- Pour in glass container and store in fridge for up to a month if it’ll last that long.
