Ingredients
  

  • DONUTS
  • 3/4 cup Oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • MAPLE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
  • 1/4 cup Cream cheese soften
  • 1 tbsp Butter soften
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • Dash of pumpkin spice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In a large bowl, add all the donut ingredients and whisk well.
  • Pour the batter into a medium size ziplock bag. Snip a small corner and pipe the batter into your donut pan. Be sure to spray your pan with non-stick spray if it’s not a silicone pan.
  • Bake for about 18 minutes and slow to cool.
