Gluten-Free Pumpkin Donuts with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- DONUTS
- 3/4 cup Oat flour
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 cup Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- MAPLE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 1/4 cup Cream cheese soften
- 1 tbsp Butter soften
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- Dash of pumpkin spice for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a large bowl, add all the donut ingredients and whisk well.
- Pour the batter into a medium size ziplock bag. Snip a small corner and pipe the batter into your donut pan. Be sure to spray your pan with non-stick spray if it’s not a silicone pan.
- Bake for about 18 minutes and slow to cool.
