- ginger
- sesame oil
- coconut aminos
- rice wine vinegar
- maple syrup
- mirin
- garlic
- salt and pepper to taste

Easy Chicken Teriyaki Drumsticks
Easy Chicken Teriyaki Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 10-12 chicken drumsticks
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1- inch grated ginger
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 5 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp mirin
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425
- In a shallow dish but wide, add all the ingredients EXCEPT the chicken and whisk well.
- Add in the drumsticks and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or overnight if you’d like.
- Add the drumsticks to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Be sure to reserve the liquid.
- Bake the chicken for about 25 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining sauce in a small saucepan.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce right on top and bake for just a few minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
