Easy Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup raw filtered honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp minced rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a baking dish, add the olive oil, honey, mustards, grlic and onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Whisk well.
- Add the chicken and smother in the sauce.
- Bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes. You can definietly marinate the chicken overnight if needed.
- Serve with your favorite veggies and enjoy!
