Crispy Lemon Pepper Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 3 lbs of chicken drumsticks skin-on, about 15-16 drumsticks
- 1 lemon zested
- 3 tsp salt
- 1.5 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 garlic grated (optional) or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven 425°
- In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix weel with your hands.
- Lay them on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes. Be sure to flip them half way through so it’s crispy on both sides.
- Serve and enjoy
