Creating Balanced Health At-Home Scan Review

As a Health Coach and wellness blogger, I get messaged quite often about how to know what foods to eliminate, where they can find a functional doctor near their area, or how to get tested for toxins or nutritional imbalances. Well, I’ve got the perfect product to try, and guess what? You can take the test in the comfort of your own home and anyone, including kids, can be tested.

What is Creating Balanced Health?

Creating Balanced Health is a process that helps look at the root cause for chronic stress using bioenergetic testing. To understand what bioenergetic is, think of it this way…All matter holds energy and all energy is measurable. Creating balance uses bioenergetic energy to study someone’s hair and saliva. With this process, they can test a variety of things such as food sensitivities, mold, parasites, nutrient deficiencies, and energetic systems including someone’s immune system, nervous system, endocrine system, lymph system, etc…

Using Balanced Health gives a nice holistic overview of the body and any connections we can make between how the system is working under stress and how one thing might be connected to something else.

Why Creating Balanced Health?

For starters, our bodies work as a whole and we need to look at the whole body to better understand what’s going on inside. Then, there’s the fact that it’s non-invasive which means no needles. YAY! This non-invasive energetic analysis has the ability to detect stress and measure the body’s energetic reaction to various substances.

Creating Balanced Health can help hone in on what each person needs to focus on the most. It’s NOT, however, a diagnostic tool nor is it a substitute for professional care. It’s to help see if you have any of the resonating toxins mentioned above and indicate any areas of the body that are energetically stressed.

How Does It Work?

The process is simple. You determine which kit you’d like to purchase. I personally did the Full Scan for the first time of testing. Then, you want to be sure to not take any supplements or herbs 3 days prior to testing. You cut a small amount of your hair as well as do the saliva sample (provided in the kit) package it back up and follow the directions to finalize the process. Mail it off and wait a few weeks to receive results. You can then schedule a call with a consult to review your scans.

What I love about the process is that once you received your results, it gives a list of any recommended supplements or herbs to take. But it’s always recommended to talk to your health care professional first before you begin any supplementations. What’s even more interesting, they actually test your samples against the recommended supplements/herbs to determine if it’s right for you. Cool right?!

My Personal Results

As I briefly mentioned, I did the Full Scan as my first time doing this process because I really wanted them to take a look at my whole body’s energy to see what areas I was possibly under stress and struggling in. Instead of guessing, I wanted to just know. Plus, I had a brief history of mold and hormonal health that I wanted to also check on. Here’s what came back.

When my results came back, low and behold, I still had some traces of mold in my system. Overall, my scan was actually way better than I had thought but I knew I still had work to do with my endocrine system. Below is a brief snapshot of the scan. As you can see, my endocrine, lymph, sinus, thyroid, and digestion are areas I need improvement on. But since I showed minor food sensitivities (my gut is actually pretty good), and parasites, I think with a little maintenance and the help with the supplements, I should scan better soon.

Doing what I do as a health coach, I also know that I need to work much harder with detoxing. This will help with my hormones and lymphatic system. I’ll up my sauna, dry brushing, and rebound at home to get things flowing better as well. I may even add in a lymphatic massage.

Leave it to the experts

What makes this company even better, once you receive your results you can schedule a consult with one of their experts to review them. The scans do a great job at explaining everything but in case you are confused or have questions, someone from their team is there to answer questions and go over them with you.

If you wanted to work with me as your Health Coach, I am happy to review the scans and work with you on the next steps to improve your health.
