I am going to be honest and just say that eating yogurt for breakfast was never my thing. I may have it 2 times a year and then I’m good. But… then I started making these chocolate yogurts for the kiddos and I am officially hooked. So easy to make the morning of or, if you’re looking to simplify your morning even more, prep the yogurt a day in advance then add the toppings in the morning.
It’s loaded with so much fiber and protein to keep your blood sugar balanced, and your tummy full and satiated.
Ingredients
- plain coconut yogurt, I like Cocojune. Can sub for reg full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder. I use Truvani
- maple syrup
- cinnamon
- hemp seeds
- ground flax
- peanut butter
- bananas
- vanilla extract
- blueberries
- raw pumpkin seeds
- bee pollen (optional)

Chocolate Protein Packed Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 4 oz containers of plain coconut yogurt. I like Cocojune
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- TOPPINGS
- hemp seeds
- ground flax seeds
- peanut butter or any nut butter
- blueberries or any berries of choice
- sliced bananas
- raw pumpkin seeds
- pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- In small bowl, add the coconut yogurt, protein powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix together until fully incorporated.
- Divide the yogurt into two bowls. Top with nut butter, sliced bananas, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, and a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Serve and enjoy
