Looking for a fun way to enjoy your morning meal? Try this Chocolate Banana Chia Seed Pudding. It’s gluten-free, vegan, and gut-healthy.
The best way to start your day is with a delicious nutritious meal that’s loaded with protein, fiber, and healthy fat. This chia seed pudding takes things up a notch but keeps your hormones and blood sugar balanced.
For starters, the chia pudding itself has a little turmeric mixed in to help with repairing the gut lining and also reduce inflammation in the body. Then, we take a coconut yogurt, I prefer Cocojune. Mix a little chocolate protein powder and add that to the parfait.
Easy, simple, and delic.
