Cajun Shrimp and Kielbasa Packets
Cajun Shrimp and Kielbasa Packets
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb wild-caught shrimp peeled and deviened
- 1 kielbasa sausage sliced
- 1 yellow onions sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 2 yukon potaoes sliced very thin and cut in half
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 tbsp old bay seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp of butter divided into 4
Instructions
- °Preheat oven to 400
- In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients EXCEPT the butter. Toss well.
- On 4 sheets of parchemtn paper, evenly divide up the mixture.
- Fold the top half of the parchment over the fish, overlapping small folds along the edges and sealing.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Transfer the parchment packets to plates. Carefully cut the packets open, avoiding the hot steam and serve.
