Ingredients
- 1¾ cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 cups canned coconut milk or almond milk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I like Truvani
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup chopped raw walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- Toppings: sprinkles walnuts, nut butter, sliced bananas, or any other toppings you prefer
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk well to combine.
- Divide the mixture into 6 small containers and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the fidge and top it with any toppings of choice.
- Can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
