Birthday Cake Chia Seed Pudding

Looking for a tasty breakfast that you don’t need to cook and can eat all week long? Try these Birthday Cake Chia Seed Pudding. Loaded with flavor and literally tastes like cake batter. The family and I love this one.

What I like about this meal is that you make it once and you can store it in the fridge for up to 5 days. I also blend up my chia seed pudding because when my youngest was 3, he couldn’t stand the texture of regular chia seed pudding. So we blended it up and easy peasy. Plus, if you or your kiddo doesn’t mind the color, you can add spinach right in there for veggies.
