Hi, I’m Natalie, a California girl living in a Texas world. I’m so glad you’re here and nice to meet you.
Allow me to briefly introduce myself…
My passion for clean eating began in 2011 when we found out my husband had Celiac Disease. It was then when I began researching the ways in which the food we eat and the products we use affect our overall health.
With the addition of my two kids and them developing food allergies/sensitivities, my focus for clean living, health, and wellness came into overdrive. I started to become my own health advocate and soon began to realize just how passionate I was about it.
I enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a Certified Health Coach so I can help others be their own advocate and take charge of not only their health but their overall well-being.
I believe in wellness that empowers you and lifts you up, doing what makes you happy, eating foods that nourish your body and bring you joy, and that knowledge is power.
I share my lifestyle through the recipes I create, providing health and wellness tips, clean living and beauty products, travel guides, and more. My goal with Precious Time Blog is to create a space that helps encourage you to create your best, happy life.
I created this health and wellness space to help others on their journey. If you leave with a couple of ideas on small changes you can make to help your family live a healthier, happier, or more fun life then my mission is accomplished!
